1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Minors may use the Store only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
2. Products, Pricing, and Availability
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly by screen, and handmade or natural items may differ from photos.
Prices are listed in [USD] and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Products are available while supplies last. If we list something by mistake, such as a pricing or typo error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or limited stock; if you were charged, we will refund you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, and we do not store full card numbers. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours by contacting us, if it has not yet shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Preorders. Items bought during a preorder campaign ship approximately 2 months after the drop date. This is an estimate, and we will email you if your order is delayed. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, it will ship together once the preorder items are ready unless we tell you otherwise.
Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. Please check your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided. International customers pay any customs duties or import taxes.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will help with a claim or replacement.
5. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Please review product details carefully, and contact us with any questions before you order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@compositedestiny.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, at our choice.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics, belongs to Composite Destiny or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content without our written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Store for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent purchase
- Interfere with the Store's security or operation, or upload viruses or malicious code
- Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Store using automated tools
- Impersonate another person or give false information
We may cancel orders or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
8. Reviews and User Content
If you post reviews, photos, or comments, you confirm they are your own, truthful, and not offensive or unlawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the Store and our marketing.
We may remove any user content at our discretion. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Store and its products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except any warranty stated on the product page.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Composite Destiny and its owners, employees, and partners from claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.
11. Privacy, Changes, and Contact
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. It is part of these Terms.
Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
